Innovative Solutions
We provide competitive bid proposals at no charge, which include job site evaluations, written specifications, material recommendations, and budget estimates. To ensure quality, economy, and customer satisfaction, our Bid Proposals contain the following information to assist customers in making informed decisions and to ensure warranty availability when applicable:
- Site Analysis – Provides documentation of types of surfaces and total surface area to be coated; quality and quantity of materials and equipment needed; noting special logistics and accessibility concerns of the project.
- Job Specifications – Provide written communication of project scope, proposed surface preparation, recommended materials, and application methodology.
- Cost Assessment – Provides project cost information to establish a workable budget.
Site Preparation – Provides options for logistics, scheduling, and synchronization of work to minimize interruption of normal operations during a project. - Oversight – Provides a foreman on each job site with regular visits/inspections by Superintendent, Project Manager, and/or Company Management to ensure quality of work, coordination of equipment, proper materials inventory, and supervision of workmen to maintain schedule, safety, and cost commitments.

Experienced & Professional Field Personnel
- We employ a union-trained and certified staff of painting and waterproofing mechanics and technicians.
- At a minimum, each employee has received at least four years of classroom and on-the-job training. Others have up to 30 years of experience in their fields.
- Our employees have a broad range of expertise and experience with a multitude of structure types, equipment systems, and material formulations.
- IPW employees wear uniforms with company identification.
We assign a full-time supervisor to each project with frequent visits by a field superintendent and other management personnel.
Direction and control of employees is exercised through a mobile telephone network and an on-site radio communication system.
